The rooms were not clean and the hot water took forever to come on. The breakfast was average, but the customer service lacked warmth and was unhelpful. On the plus side, the view was decent from some areas and the pool was available for use.
The wifi coverage was poor and we struggled to connect throughout our stay.

The hotel is situated in a central area, close to many popular attractions. some of the waiters went out of their way to provide excellent service, even when they were working long hours.
The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par and the hot water supply was inconsistent. the customer service provided by reception and management was below average and the WiFi only worked in certain areas.
